Fat: 88.68g | Prot: 104.57g | Carb: 131.77g.   Breakfast:  my 90 second mim - pb2 fudge. Lunch:  cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, salad, Shrimps Scampi @ 1/3 of 1 lb per serving, tomato. Dinner:  american cheese, butter, ground beef, hellmans olive oil mayo = 2 T, sweet potato, tomato. Snacks/Other:  deans french onion, sami.
