Breakfast: my 90 second mim - chocolate. Lunch: butter, cauliflower, cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad, tomato. Dinner: beef roast, broccoli, butter, carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, green beans, kraft vinaigrette, salad, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: atkins peanut caramel cluster, sami garlic.
