Saturday...Finally, the scale is moving in the right direction with 147.4! That was inspiring, so off to Zumba I went & then I stuck around for a kick ...

Fat: 89.93g | Prot: 110.02g | Carb: 114.17g.
Breakfast: butter, my donut mim - red raspberry. Lunch: kraft vinaigrette, rosemary & garlic pasta primavera @ 1/6th of recipe per serving, salad, tomato. Dinner: broccoli, cauliflower, kraft vinaigrette, salad, Shrimps Scampi @ 1/3 of 1 lb per serving, sirloin steak, strawberry, walnut. Snacks/Other: chocolate cool whip = 2T per serv, sami garlic, sami plain, sugar free chocolate pudding.
