Fat: 77.59g | Prot: 140.37g | Carb: 111.10g.   Breakfast:  LC-Strawberry Preserves, my mim - pb2. Lunch:  butter, cauliflower, kraft vinaigrette, oktoberfest, salad, tomato. Dinner:  butter, cauliflower, green beans - frozen, kraft vinaigrette, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad, strawberry, walnut. Snacks/Other:  atkins sweet & salty, sami plain.
