Fat: 77.59g | Prot: 140.37g | Carb: 111.10g.   Breakfast:  my mim - pb2, LC-Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  salad, tomato, kraft vinaigrette, cauliflower, butter, oktoberfest. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad, butter, kraft vinaigrette, green beans - frozen, cauliflower, strawberry, walnut. Snacks/Other:  atkins sweet & salty, sami plain.
