Fat: 32.56g | Prot: 80.57g | Carb: 97.56g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, oatmeal quaker. Lunch:  Special K Pastry Crisps - Blueberry, Total Lean Shake - Strawberries & Cream. Dinner:  ceaser chicken salad hooters, chicken wings hooters. Snacks/Other:  low sodium almonds.
