Fat: 76.31g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 63.22g.   Breakfast:  brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, egg, brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream. Lunch:  hard boiled egg, green pepper, grape tomatoes, chicken breast, Yogurt Ranch, Dole Salad, Baby Greens. Dinner:  ground beef, black beans, Taco seasoning, dole salad, feta yogurt. Snacks/Other:  brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, Grapefruit, GNC whey protein, Instant coffee, apple, almonds.
