Fat: 76.31g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 63.22g.   Breakfast:  brewed coffee, brewed coffee, egg, heavy whipping cream, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , unsweetened almond milk . Lunch:  Baby Greens, chicken breast, Dole Salad, grape tomatoes, green pepper, hard boiled egg, Yogurt Ranch. Dinner:  black beans, dole salad, feta yogurt, ground beef, Taco seasoning. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, brewed coffee, GNC whey protein, Grapefruit, heavy whipping cream, Instant coffee, unsweetened almond milk .
