Fat: 58.88g | Prot: 43.42g | Carb: 337.67g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee, Orange Juice, Porridge. Lunch:  70% Dark Chocolate, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cherry Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions, Pork and Beef Sausage. Dinner:  Baked Alaska, Carrots, Fresh Pasta (Cooked), Green Peas (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Icing), Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Pita Bread.
