Dinner:  Butternut Winter Squash, Pork and Beef Sausage, Roast Parsnips, Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Coffee with Milk, Coffee with Milk, Nutty Krust Hi-Fibre Plain Bread, Peanut Butter, Plain Waffle.
