Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Whipped Honey. Dinner:  Egg Beaters Egg Substitute, Green Peppers, Jicama, Mushrooms, Onions. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Baby Carrots, Broccoli Salad, Chiquita Banana Bread, Grapes, Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn 94% Fat Free, Mixed Vegetables - Freshly Frozen, Schwan's Rainbow Sherbet, Sprite Sprite.
