Fat: 30.26g | Prot: 124.05g | Carb: 291.30g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Chocolate Shake, Light Agave Nectar, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Raisins, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Avocados, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Multigrain Bread, Mustard. Dinner:  #4 Turkey Tom (No Mayo & No Sprouts), Jalapeno Jimmy Chips, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Baby Carrots, Gala Apples, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Plums.
