Fat: 44.50g | Prot: 88.67g | Carb: 292.76g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Egg Substitute, Raisins, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  BBQ Pork, Broccoli, Brownie with Icing, Golden Raisins (Seedless), Grapes, Mayonnaise, White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie). Dinner:  Fat Free Milk, Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Baby Carrots, Baked! Cheddar and Sour Cream Flavored Potato Crisps, banana, Mixed Vegetables - Freshly Frozen, Peanut Butter Cereal Bar.
