Fat: 73.29g | Prot: 117.34g | Carb: 299.83g.   Breakfast:  Egg Substitute, 2% Fat Milk, Fat Free Milk, fiber one cluster. Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Whipped Honey, Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Baked! Cheddar and Sour Cream Flavored Potato Crisps. Dinner:  Steamed or Boiled Lobster, cabbage, butter, olive oil, Lasagna with Meat. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, banana, Wheat Thins Reduced Fat, Gala Apples, Brownie with Icing.
