Fat: 40.14g | Prot: 65.55g | Carb: 183.42g.   Breakfast:  Arnold Bakery Light Bread Golden Wheat Low Fat 2, Deli Fresh Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, Fat Free Milk (Vitamin A & D Fortified), Lite Chocolate Syrup, Yellow American Cheese Singles. Lunch:  Lambrusco Red Wine, Pizza de Queijo (36 cm). Dinner:  Pizza de Queijo (36 cm). Snacks/Other:  Gummy Bears, Special K Protein Meal Bar - Strawberry.
