Fat: 60.77g | Prot: 65.77g | Carb: 120.13g.   Breakfast:  Pepper Crust Bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, russet potato, vegetable oil, Salsa. Lunch:  romain lettuce, vinegar, salt, onion, black pepper. Dinner:  russet potatoe, ground beef, brocolli, mexican cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic. Snacks/Other:  white wine, grappa, jalapeno string cheese.
