Fat: 138.43g | Prot: 122.46g | Carb: 309.34g.   Breakfast:  Honeycombs Cereal, Light Cream Cheese, Whole Milk, Sesame Bagel. Lunch:  cucumber, mastro, light cheddar, baguette. Dinner:  haddock, quinoa, spring mix salad, bocconcini, garlic vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Sour Cream and Bacon, mastro, Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, Roasted Salted Peanuts, skim milk, Dried Prune, Beer, ginger ale.
