Fat: 138.43g | Prot: 122.46g | Carb: 309.34g.   Breakfast:  Honeycombs Cereal, Light Cream Cheese, Sesame Bagel, Whole Milk. Lunch:  baguette, cucumber, light cheddar, mastro. Dinner:  bocconcini, garlic vinaigrette, haddock, quinoa, spring mix salad. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Dried Prune, Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, ginger ale, mastro, Roasted Salted Peanuts, skim milk, Sour Cream and Bacon.
