Fat: 88.59g | Prot: 161.52g | Carb: 168.78g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Prune, Egg White, Smoked or Cured Ham, Whole Milk. Lunch:  1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, Baby Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Ciabatta, Diet Pepsi (Can), Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, Smoked or Cured Ham. Dinner:  baby carrots, cream of mushroom, extra lean ground beef, Whole Grain White Long Grain Rice.
