Fat: 88.59g | Prot: 161.52g | Carb: 168.78g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Prune, Whole Milk, Smoked or Cured Ham, Butter. Lunch:  Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, Baby Carrots, 1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, Ciabatta, Diet Pepsi (Can), Smoked or Cured Ham, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  extra lean ground beef, baby carrots, Whole Grain White Long Grain Rice, cream of mushroom.
