Fat: 41.68g | Prot: 83.70g | Carb: 250.66g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), multivitamin, tap water. Lunch:  roti, shahi korma. Dinner:  brussels sprouts, frozen fish, milk, Reduced Fat White Cheddar Popcorn, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  banana, grapes, jello pudding, starlight mint.
