Fat: 42.13g | Prot: 75.13g | Carb: 166.28g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg White , Milk (Nonfat) , Neufchatel Cheese , One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, triple health english muffin. Lunch:  artichoke hearts, feta cheese, grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Organic Baby Arugula. Dinner:  Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Shrimp Pad Thai, Singapore Street Noodles, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Snacks/Other:  cheese dip, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Milk Chocolate Nuggets with Toffee & Almonds, Pears , Pretzel Waffles.
