Fat: 54.26g | Prot: 56.75g | Carb: 172.51g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Toasted Multigrain Bread, Egg White , Neufchatel Cheese . Lunch:  Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti Pasta, Meatless Ground Crumbles, Marinara Pasta Sauce, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Organic Baby Arugula, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Fresh Mozzarella. Dinner:  White Table Wine , Sopressata, Fresh Mozzarella, French Demi Baguette, French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons). Snacks/Other:  Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Fuji Apples, Pretzel Waffles, jarlsberg, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Nacho Cheese Sauce, Ketchup, Butter or Sugar Cookie , Sweet Tarts.
