Fat: 44.24g | Prot: 68.79g | Carb: 151.11g.   Breakfast:  scrambled eggs, bacon, melon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  brown rice, Grilled Chicken Breast, steamed vegetables, boiled beef, sriracha, spicy teriyaki sauce. Dinner:  French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons), French Demi Baguette, Fresh Mozzarella, Sopressata, Manchego Cheese, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter cup, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Oyster Crackers, Hefeweizen, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt.
