Fat: 46.90g | Prot: 74.36g | Carb: 168.12g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg White , Milk (Nonfat) , Neufchatel Cheese , One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Toasted Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Chicken Mushroom Barley Soup, Farro Salad, Goats Cheese (Soft). Dinner:  Fresh Mozzarella, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Marinara Pasta Sauce, Meatless Ground Crumbles, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe) , Organic Baby Arugula, Sopressata, White Table Wine, Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Fuji Apples, Pretzel Waffles, Roasted Red Pepper & Asiago Cheese Dip, Salsa, Sparkling Water, Tamale with Chicken, Tostitos Cantina Thin & Crispy.
