Lunch:  Chicken Soup with Dumplings, Farro Salad, Goats Cheese (Soft) , Grilled Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Chicken Italian Sausage, French Demi Baguette, Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions and Bell Peppers, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Flipz Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Organic Baby Arugula, Oyster Crackers, Sparkling Water, Tootsie Pop.
