Lunch:  Spicy Korean Beef, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked) . Dinner:  Dan-Dan Noodles, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Organic Baby Arugula, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Jr. Cheeseburger, Almond Nut-Thins - Hint of Sea Salt Nut & Rice Cracker Snacks, Manchego Cheese, Butter or Sugar Cookie.
