Fat: 47.68g | Prot: 64.54g | Carb: 138.63g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Jalapeno Cream Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Everything Bagel, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Armenian Grecian Italian Bread, Bagel Bites Cheese & Pepperoni, Bruschetta, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Shaved Parmesan Cheese, spritzer, Vinaigrette Dressing, White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased). Dinner:  Horseradish Mustard, Pinot Blanc Wine, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach Chicken Sausage, Salsa Verde, Tortilla Chips (White Corn). Snacks/Other:  Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Shrimp Shumai, White Table Wine.
