Fat: 54.61g | Prot: 61.37g | Carb: 194.23g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), light spread, Milk (Nonfat), strawberries, triple health english muffin. Lunch:  broccoli, inglehoffer honey mustard, johnsonville bratwurst, sauteed onion, Vegetarian Baked Beans. Dinner:  broccoli, brown rice, chicken lettuce wraps, sriracha, white wine. Snacks/Other:  Black Pepper Croccantini Flatbread, Cinnamon Hard Candy Sugar Free, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, digiorno thin crust, genoa salami, Manchego Cheese, zucchini bread.
