Fat: 97.27g | Prot: 86.97g | Carb: 95.42g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Egg, goat cheese, Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham. Lunch:  asparagus, cauliflower with fat, pork, Roasted & Salted Pistachios, sweet potato. Dinner:  red wine, terra tero chips. Snacks/Other:  almonds, blueberries, cashews, cottage cheese, pineapple, slim jim.
