Fat: 61.25g | Prot: 83.66g | Carb: 186.82g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Lite Soft Cream Cheese, Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Asiago Bagel, Roasted & Salted Pistachios. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Couscous (Cooked), Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Beef Sausage, Natural String Cheese Part Skim.
