Fat: 45.38g | Prot: 72.66g | Carb: 109.85g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, cheddar cheese reduced fat, Egg, Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham, Vegetarian Refried Beans. Lunch:  spaghetti sauce, spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  almonds, cache valley, fiber one, turkey jerky.
