Fat: 38.09g | Prot: 87.55g | Carb: 116.88g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, Egg, egg white, fish oil, Jalapeno Peppers, milk, Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham, strawberry, tomatoes cherry. Lunch:  chicken breast, cranberry, kale, lettuce, Low Calorie Salad Dressing, parm cheese, red onion, tomato cherry. Snacks/Other:  almonds, beef jerky, clif kid bar, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt.
