Fat: 32.80g | Prot: 85.83g | Carb: 137.13g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg Beaters - Original, deli ham all natural, grapefruit, Classic Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese, refried beans. Lunch:  chicken breast, corn tortilla, Reduced Fat Sour Cream, black beans, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), tomatoes green chilies, enchilada sauce. Snacks/Other:  cheddar cheese snack, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, Milk Chocolate Candies.
