Fat: 83.51g | Prot: 134.57g | Carb: 268.48g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Blueberries, deli ham all natural, Egg Beaters - Original, Lite Soft Cream Cheese, red grapes, strawberries. Lunch:  black beans, chicken breast, corn tortilla, green onion, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), Reduced Fat Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese, Reduced Fat Sour Cream. Dinner:  Almond Milk, Cherry Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grilled Tilapia, Homestyle Garlic Croutons, pancake, Raisin Nut Bran, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Nutrition Bar, Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, peanut m&m.
