Fat: 83.51g | Prot: 134.57g | Carb: 268.48g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, deli ham all natural, Lite Soft Cream Cheese, Egg Beaters - Original, strawberries, Blueberries, red grapes. Lunch:  Reduced Fat Sour Cream, green onion, chicken breast, Red Kidney Beans (Canned), corn tortilla, black beans, Reduced Fat Mexican 4 Cheese Shredded Cheese. Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, pancake, Grilled Tilapia, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Sweet Red Peppers, Homestyle Garlic Croutons, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Raisin Nut Bran, Almond Milk. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Chocolate Peanut Butter Nutrition Bar, peanut m&m, Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate.
