Fat: 28.35g | Prot: 50.71g | Carb: 228.79g.   Breakfast:  Cereal, Grapes, skim milk. Lunch:  tuna mayo, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, roll, apple. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Yellow Summer Squash, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Olive Oil, Enoki Mushrooms, Real Stock Chicken, tomato, white wine.
