Fat: 28.35g | Prot: 50.71g | Carb: 228.79g.   Breakfast:  Cereal, Grapes, skim milk. Lunch:  apple, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, roll, tuna mayo. Dinner:  Enoki Mushrooms, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Olive Oil, Real Stock Chicken, tomato, white wine, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Yellow Summer Squash.
