Lunch: brussels sprouts, ham, Leeks (Bulb and Lower Leaf-Portion) (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Kitchen Chopped Salad, red wine. Snacks/Other: Cocktail Peanuts with Sea Salt, cream cheese, oreo cookie.
