Fat: 54.17g | Prot: 60.91g | Carb: 33.11g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Calorie Free Sweetener, cheddar cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Whipped Heavy Cream. Lunch:  brussels sprouts, ham, Leeks (Bulb and Lower Leaf-Portion) (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Kitchen Chopped Salad, red wine. Snacks/Other:  Cocktail Peanuts with Sea Salt, cream cheese, oreo cookie.
