Fat: 53.00g | Prot: 44.13g | Carb: 25.56g.   Breakfast:  Calorie Free Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), polly o string cheese, Whipped Heavy Cream. Lunch:  baby spinach, baked oysters, boiled egg, champagne viniagrette, chicken wing, salmon, white wine. Dinner:  red wine. Snacks/Other:  cream cheese, oreo cookie.
