Fat: 53.00g | Prot: 44.13g | Carb: 25.56g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Calorie Free Sweetener, Whipped Heavy Cream, polly o string cheese. Lunch:  baby spinach, salmon, boiled egg, champagne viniagrette, white wine, chicken wing, baked oysters. Dinner:  red wine. Snacks/Other:  cream cheese, oreo cookie.
