Fat: 34.64g | Prot: 85.44g | Carb: 235.06g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Plain, milk, Grovestand Lots of Pulp Orange Juice (with Calcium & Vitamin D), parkay, toast, domino sugar. Lunch:  Deli Select Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (Hillshire Farm), wellsley farms bread, Spicy Brown Mustard. Dinner:  carrots, pork chop, parkay, carolina gold. Snacks/Other:  apple, strawberries, Double Churn Fat Free Strawberry Ice Cream, milk low fat 1%, milk low fat 1%.
