Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, Tuna in Water (Canned), Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Red Tomatoes, Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Syrah Wine, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Gin.
