Fat: 117.52g | Prot: 88.14g | Carb: 103.13g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Blend Milk, Avocados , Cocoa Powder, Egg, Pumpkin (Without Salt, Canned) , Spinach , Walnuts. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat) , Bell Peppers, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Turnip, Dried Prune, Pink Lady Apples. Dinner:  Avocados , Bear & Wolf Canned Pink Salmon , Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Bell Peppers, Egg, Olive Oil , Orange Tomatoes , Spinach . Snacks/Other:  blue diamond almond and coconut milk, Walnuts, Walnuts.
