Dinner: 1% milk, Beef Sandwich Steaks (Flaked, Chopped, Formed and Thinly Sliced), borden low fat cheese, brussels sprouts, sara lee. Snacks/Other: egg beaters, emerald natural almonds, great value frozen fruit, jif natural peanut butter.
