Fat: 102.92g | Prot: 84.69g | Carb: 190.67g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters Original, ham. Lunch:  Chocolate Chip Cookies, Italian Sandwich, Pot Belly Italian Sub. Dinner:  chicken thigh, eggplant, Knorr chicken and noodles. Snacks/Other:  Apple Fuji, Krispy Kreme Glazed.
