Fat: 48.88g | Prot: 72.90g | Carb: 203.05g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, Egg Beaters Original, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Laughing Cow, Sliced Ham, Sliced smoked turkey breast, Wheat sub bun. Dinner:  carrots, chicken thigh, Stove Top . Snacks/Other:  Apple Fuji, Brownie, Butter Cookie, Cheez-It White cheddar reduced fat, Frosted mini Wheats, Triscuits.
