Fat: 48.88g | Prot: 72.90g | Carb: 203.05g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Sausage, Egg Beaters Original, cheddar cheese. Lunch:  Wheat sub bun, Sliced smoked turkey breast, Sliced Ham, Laughing Cow. Dinner:  chicken thigh, carrots, Stove Top . Snacks/Other:  Frosted mini Wheats, Brownie, Cheez-It White cheddar reduced fat, Butter Cookie, Apple Fuji, Triscuits.
