Lunch:  Chicken Soup, English Muffin, Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Thigh, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Choc Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Oranges.
