Dinner: almonds, brown rice, carrot, celery, cha cha chinese, cucumber, Green Leaf Lettuce, korean bbq sauce, mandarin organge, skirt steak. Snacks/Other: asparagus, egg, red wine, stuffed grape leaf, white wine, yukon gold potato.
