Fat: 43.35g | Prot: 111.11g | Carb: 215.32g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Plain Pancakes, Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Marinara Pasta Sauce, Spaghetti. Dinner:  Barbecue Sauce, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), Soft White Roll, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  orange.
