Fat: 68.66g | Prot: 177.00g | Carb: 378.15g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Honey. Lunch:  Baked or Grilled Calamari, Chicken Nuggets, Extra Special Chunky Chips with Salt & Pepper, King Prawns, Pepsi (500 ml), Sour Dough Bread, Steamed or Poached Mussels. Dinner:  Maltese Chicken Broth. Snacks/Other:  Corn Snack, Dried Apricots, Microwave Popcorn Salted.
