Fat: 44.93g | Prot: 67.76g | Carb: 214.81g.   Breakfast:  Gala Apple (Medium), Sweetened Iced Tea (Large). Lunch:  Chef Salad, Cornbread Muffin, Sweet Tea. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Fruit Snacks Fat Free, Milk Chocolate Bar (Snack Size), Roasted Almonds with Sea Salt.
