Fat: 59.50g | Prot: 43.72g | Carb: 237.09g.   Breakfast:  Gala Apple (Medium), Luna Bar - Lemon Zest, Sweetened Iced Tea (Large). Lunch:  Cornbread Muffin, Fried Batter-Dipped Okra, Mashed Potato (from Dry), Sweet Tea. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Little Bites Carrot Creme Snack Cakes 100 Calorie Pack, Peanut Butter Cup.
