Fat: 97.74g | Prot: 114.24g | Carb: 226.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - French Vanilla, Egg (Whole), Egg White, Kraft Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Quaker Puffed Wheat, Safway Select ChunkyVclassic Salsa, tjs Apple Cranberry Fiber Mini Cakes (Trader Joe's). Lunch:  Dried Figs (Uncooked), Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Dinner:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, ShopRite Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bacardi Superior Rum, Fred Meyer Carbmaster Yogurt, Kraft Cool Whip Lite, Nabisco Wheat Thins - Low Sodium, Skinny Pop Popcorn (Package).
