Fat: 97.74g | Prot: 114.24g | Carb: 226.15g.   Breakfast:  Kraft Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Safway Select ChunkyVclassic Salsa, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - French Vanilla, Egg (Whole), Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Quaker Puffed Wheat, tjs Apple Cranberry Fiber Mini Cakes (Trader Joe's). Lunch:  Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Dried Figs (Uncooked), Trader Joe's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), ShopRite Ranch Dressing.
