Lunch: balance bar yogurt, carl buddig, Chicken Sandwich (No Bun), sees candy milk chocolate. Dinner: chicken, Fresh Cut Whole Kernel Corn, Kidney Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Organic Diced Tomatoes, planters peanut butter, Ranch Dressing, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), trader joes dark chocolater almonds. Snacks/Other: Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), ritz crackers reduced fat, Rum.
