Fat: 127.32g | Prot: 163.72g | Carb: 163.54g.   Breakfast:  AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge, egg, Egg White. Lunch:  balance bar yogurt, carl buddig, Chicken Sandwich (No Bun), sees candy milk chocolate. Dinner:  Fresh Cut Whole Kernel Corn, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), Organic Diced Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, chicken, trader joes dark chocolater almonds, planters peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  ritz crackers reduced fat, Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), Rum.
