Fat: 111.71g | Prot: 135.01g | Carb: 137.92g.   Breakfast:  AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), egg, Egg White, sugar cookie, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  almonds, atkins coconut, Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat. Dinner:  Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Kidney Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, light butter, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Ranch Dressing, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), salsa, steak, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, chia seed, Cool Whip Lite, Rum, Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries Trek Mix - Just A Handful.
