Fat: 111.71g | Prot: 135.01g | Carb: 137.92g.   Breakfast:  egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, sugar cookie, AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Chocolate Fudge. Lunch:  Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat, atkins coconut, almonds. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Dressing, Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sargento), Organic Diced Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, steak, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), salsa, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, light butter. Snacks/Other:  Rum, Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, Cool Whip Lite, chia seed, Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries Trek Mix - Just A Handful.
