Fat: 104.05g | Prot: 122.68g | Carb: 332.09g.   Breakfast:  banana, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Tropical Medley, 2% swiss cheese. Lunch:  sesame stir fry w/chicken, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Dark Chocolate Almonds. Dinner:  eggplant paresan, Meatless Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  mrs may's naturals fruit & nut toppers, Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, Cool Whip Lite, Diet Coke (Can), Rum.
